Mercy College, Sligo
Imagine Peace
The Mercy College , Sligo is an all girls post primary school situated in the heart of Sligo town. A class of second year students have been chosen to work on this project. The programme is worked through the subject areas of art, music, SPHE and PE. It is envisaged that we integrate the project with the school curriculum. This is a new venture for Mercy College and one which we look forward to with excitement. It is a cross border/cultural link which will allow us as a community to explore and reach out to our contemporaries.

November 17th, 2006In art we traced our portraits onto a sheet of paper. we cut it out and drew what is important to us onto it, then decorated it.
3rd week in the mercy
November 10th, 2006On monday we cut out our silhouettes. It was quite difficult. we also looked at some photos of what we did last week and an animation from our sounddrawings.
